1. General Policy

All payments made to Vanguard Canine Academy are subject to this Refund Policy.

By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that dog training, boarding, daycare, and related services require time, resources, staff, and reserved space, and therefore refunds are limited.

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Training sessions that have already taken place

  • Board and train services once the dog has been admitted

  • Daycare and train services once the session has started

  • Missed sessions or no-shows

  • Packages or bundles once any portion has been used

3. Packages and Bundles

Where clients purchase packages (e.g. multi-session plans):

  • Packages must be used within the stated validity period

  • Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited

  • Packages are not refundable, but may be transferred to another dog owned by the same client (at our discretion)

4. Cancellations
Client Cancellations
